This model of automatic box opening and packing machine is an integrated automatic box packing equipment developed by our company. This machine is composed of a drive system, a control system, an automatic palletizing and sorting system, a box-opening system, a box-packing system, a sealing system, etc. It adopts a PLC + human-machine interface operating system and is driven by servo drive mechanisms to complete the box-opening and box-packing actions. Its design complies with GMP requirements.

According to the requirements of the number of products for box-packing, this machine automatically stacks or arranges various specifications of products. After stacking, the packaging materials are picked up (or sucked) by the mechanical hand (or suction system) and placed into the boxes. After box-packing is completed, it automatically enters the sealing mechanism for sealing. The rear end of this machine can be equipped with additional power rollers as per user requirements, so as to be used in conjunction with large box labeling machines and automatic packaging machines.

This machine is suitable for automatic box-packing of various specifications of products and can be used either as a standalone unit or in conjunction with upstream and downstream equipment to form a complete packaging production line. It is widely used in industries such as medicine, food, cosmetics, and other light industries.
