The automatic carton packing machine is a fully servo-controlled integrated automatic carton packing equipment developed by our company. This machine is composed of a drive system, a control system, a manual folding system, a manual clamping system, a carton-opening system, a carton packing system, a code printing system, etc. It adopts a PLC + human-machine interface operating system and is driven by servo drive mechanisms to complete the carton-opening and carton packing actions.

This machine is controlled by 4 Siemens servo motors. This design ensures stable, and reliable operation of the machine, making the carton packing process more precise. Additionally, this machine features an advanced structure, convenient operation, automatic fault alarm and display, and easy maintenance. It can automatically complete tasks such as folding the manual, opening the carton, packing the carton, printing the batch number, and sealing.
