The automatic tube filling and sealing machine is a fully servo-controlled integrated automatic filling equipment developed by our company. This machine is composed of a drive system, a control system, a tube infeed system, a tube cleaning system, a tube adjustment system, a filling system, a sealing system, etc. It adopts a PLC + human-machine interface operating system and is driven by servo drive mechanisms to complete the carton-opening and carton packing actions.

The design of this machine incorporates a unique main drive system, featuring a total of 6 sets of servo motion control systems. The cam is a forged steel part, which ensures a longer service life for it. Above the work surface, wear-resistant sliding bearings are used to reduce pollution. The system is equipped with ceramic pump tanks for packaging, ensuring no leakage throughout the process. All components in direct contact with the filled products are made of SUS316L stainless steel; the doors and covers below the workbench are made of SUS304 stainless steel.

This machine is suitable for filling various specifications of aluminum tubes and can be used either as a standalone unit or in conjunction with upstream and downstream equipment to form a complete packaging production line. It is widely used in industries such as medicine, food, and other light industries.
